Functions as the national command, training, and operational hub for Transonic Jet Sdn. Bhd.
Establishes institutional presence and long-term strategic asset ownership.

Melaka International Airport (MKZ) Modernization

Comprehensive airport transformation program positioning MKZ as Malaysia’s second major aviation hub. Proposed investment value RM2,000,000,000.00 (Ringgit Two Billion).
Implemented in collaboration with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad and the Melaka State Government under a Finance–Build–Operate–Transfer (FBOT) Proposed concession 30 years.
Revenue drivers include passenger traffic growth, cargo operations, and commercial airport services.

Keningau New Airport Project – Sabah

Dual-runway international airport (3,780m × 46m) with designed capacity of 40 million passengers per annum (40 MPPA).
Proposed joint development between Transonic Jet, MAHB, and the Sabah State Government.
Fully private-funded structure with zero fiscal burden on the State Government and Federal Government.
Positions Sabah as a future regional aviation and logistics gateway in East Malaysia.
